Empowerment that comes from building intactness

Feminenza promotes the inner development of women through all phases of life, enabling them to build resilience, (self)-leadership, and the realization of their purpose as a human being. We are an International NGO established in 2000, with contributors in 15 countries and 400 members who seek to make the world a bit better every day through their ongoing work. feminenza.org.  

The theme of the workshop: 

To live a life that is not subject to the many demands and influences that are upon us all but is holding true to who I want to be and become.

Outline of the journey we will make in our 2-hour interactive workshop: 

1. The reason why it is important to know what you want.

2. Becoming more conscious about influences and how they impact us daily.

3. The intactness, strength and empowerment that comes from knowing what you want and why.
