Feminenza Chapters
Feminenza is active in 15 countries where members of the international network contribute to the development of its works by research, educational programs and delivery of training programs and workshops. In seven countries, formal organizations have been established for the delivery of Feminenza’s works to beneficiaries.
Germany
Feminenza Deutschland e. V. was registered as a non-profit organisation in 2014. So far, activities have taken place in Berlin, Cologne, Nuremberg and the Westerwald, and there are international exchanges with other Feminenza organisations and NGOs. These include regular gatherings and Zoom meetings in which new projects are developed.
North America
Feminenza North America (FNA) is a formally established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the USA. With membership across the US and Canada, each local chapter within FNA (in Seattle, New York, Tennessee, Florida, Toronto) holds regular meetings with its founding members to continue our own inner development work as well as to offer workshops, events and collaborating with other organizations to enhance their work through our programs.
Netherlands
Stichting Feminenza Netherlands is a public benefit foundation registered in the Netherlands. It is part of a global network of chapters in 15 countries. Since its formation in 2001 it has offered a wide range of workshops, retreats, and counselling to the general public. It also contributes to Feminenza International programmes abroad. Feminenza in the Netherlands received Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations in 2011.
